✦The challenge
Almost every marketplace assumes cash. MeetTheMinds needed a different model: let people list what they have, find what they want, and agree a fair swap — with the trust and messaging that trading with a stranger requires.
✦What we built
✓A web app plus native iOS and Android apps, so members can trade from anywhere.
✓Listings with photo uploads, so members can show exactly what they are offering.
✓Real-time chat, so two members can agree a trade directly.
✓Push notifications and email alerts to keep trades moving.
✓Secure sign-in and member accounts.
✓Category browsing and search across goods and services.

Live on the web at meettheminds.com, and published on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Next.js / React web, Flutter for iOS and Android, a Node.js + Express API, MongoDB, Socket.io for real-time chat, Cloudinary for images, and Firebase for push notifications.
